Code of Conduct

Welcome to Mummy Under the Umbrella™!

Our community thrives on creativity, collaboration, and respect. To ensure a positive experience for all, every member must abide by these guidelines:

1. Family-Friendly Content

- All work shared on our platform and social media accounts must be suitable for all ages. No explicit, graphic, or otherwise objectionable material is permitted.

- Artists are free to explore any themes on their own personal sites, but content on Mummy Under the Umbrella™ must remain family friendly.

2. Respect and Professionalism

- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

- Treat all members with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

  • Timely and Clear Communication: Members are expected to communicate clearly and in a timely manner regarding commitments, project status, and any changes in availability. Even a polite 'no thank you' or update on delays contributes to a respectful and efficient collaborative environment.

  • Honoring Commitments: Your word carries weight within this community. Fulfill agreed-upon tasks and commitments to the best of your ability. If circumstances prevent you from doing so, communicate proactively and promptly.

  • Professional Conduct Beyond Projects: Maintain professional standards in all interactions within the Mummy Under the Umbrella community, whether on or off platform, ensuring your actions reflect positively on both yourself and the collective.

3. Collaboration and Teamwork

- Embrace the spirit of collaboration—share ideas, give constructive feedback, and celebrate each other’s successes.

- Be reliable and communicative when working on team projects.

  • Responsive Engagement: We encourage active participation and responsiveness to inquiries from fellow members and MUtU administration, fostering an environment where ideas and projects can progress smoothly."

4. Intellectual Property and Collaboration Agreements

- Artists retain full rights to their individual work, except for one collaborative 45-minute video per month, which Mummy Under the Umbrella™ may use for promotion and member access.

- Before beginning any collaborative project, all participating artists must clearly define and agree upon ownership and usage rights for the resulting work.

- Mummy Under the Umbrella™ will not mediate IP disputes. Artists are responsible for documenting their agreements and resolving any conflicts independently.

- If a dispute cannot be resolved and disrupts the community, involved artists may risk losing membership.

5. Building Collective Reputation

- The Mummy Under the Umbrella™ community thrives on the reputation of its individual artists. The professional conduct, collaborative spirit, and integrity demonstrated by each member contribute to the collective prestige of our network. Your positive contributions help elevate all MUtU artists.

6. Community Integrity

- We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines or disrupt the positive, creative environment we strive to maintain.
